Been a customer at the Colfax store for over 20 years and unfortunately it’s gone to hell over the last year. No one knows how to look up parts outside of very simple things that can be searched on the website and nothing is ever in stock. Simple things like dust caps and bearings lacking part numbers, perplex, and confuse, The art of opening a paper parts book is lost. Very disappointed that I have to go to Auburn for the majority of my parts these days. At this rate napa is gonna go the way of Frys.
I came in to get oil for my car, as the oil light was flashing. Ryan was quick to help me get the right oil for my car. Professional and friendly from start to finish. Ryan also pointed out the battery needed some cleaning, which he didn't have to do. Great experience here, don't be put off by their remodeling. Thank you so much Ryan! You made my day :)
