The majority of their staff are generally disinterested and unhelpful. There are a few good ones there, but the overall experience is poor. It's worth the 15 minute drive to the Grass Valley store for much better counter staff and inventory.
Horrible service new ownership has ruined this previously good auto parts store. Would not transfer out of stock regularly stocked parts without going into the store to prepay and would not take payment over the phone. Their policy is to make it as difficult as possible to do business with them. All sorts of stupid.
I’m not the type of guy to write a review but the customer service was so horrible I was embarrassed on their behalf. The guy who answered the phone was so rude and so unhelpful I was actually amazed anyone would hire him. I asked him a simple question about a tool rental and he said didn’t even bother to try and find an answer for me and instead said “look dude I have no idea I’ve never used it so go and ask somebody else”
