This store doesn’t honer their battery warranty. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Store personnel would NOT even look up purchases under my phone number. Why even input your number. Don’t shop there. I did call the 800 # same day!! Still waiting for call back. ???
I went in to buy chains for my AWD Kia Sportage. The gal working told me that I would need chains for all 4 tires. After buying them, I checked with the manufacturer and they advised me that I ONLY need them for the front two tires as putting chains on the rear tires will damage my suspension. Their staff member convinced me to buy 4 chains which was bad advice. I called the store to explain my situation and they said I cannot return the unused, unopened second set less than 48 hours after purchasing, so now I am out $70. Th... read more
