Horrible place. Website showed they had several in stock of an item I needed, got there and they were zero help in finding the product amongst their shelves. Asked for help from employees and was met with dumb looks and a simple pointing of a finger saying that's all we have. Useless place. This is the third time this has happened at this location.
I am from Arizona, My AC compressor seezed, my belt burned off and was working with limited funds. My girlfriend and I were stranded for three days, (also it was a weekend) accross the street from Napa in LeRoy and these guys went above and beyond to make sure I found the right belt. I just want to say thanks to all of you at NAPA, and to anyone out there if you want great service go to Napa in LeRoy, NY. Thanks again. Ted
