I genuinely don't like to post a bad review but I found my visit a waste of time. While visiting family our vehicle had issues so we drove the 3 blocks to NAPA. The gentleman was rude and expected me to give him the specific details on a battery which I had a photo of specs. Literally refused to even look. Got on NAPA website and found the battery (based on their search criteria and matched what I had) and showed him and he told me it was wrong (from NAPA website and model number)! Rude owner always talking to people like they are slow and it appears to aggravate him when asked a question pertaining to parts . This is a parts store so one should be used to answering questions
