Mrs. Barbara Laman, Let's start by getting the story straight. You were charged $129.00 for the battery. You were also charged $ 49.00 labor, this included testing your battery, alternator and checking your electrical connections. You were also charged sales tax, $ 13.00, which unfortunately we all have to pay. I'm sorry that you feel that we were such a "horrible place" and a "rip-off" but you were charged a fair price. We wouldn't be in business since 1944 by ripping people off
Horrible place! They charged me $200 for a car battery stating that the labor charge was 1/2 hour. I watched them and it took 5 minutes to put in this battery and they would not lower their price. A complete rip-off!
