Warning – Poor Quality and No Warranty Support at NAPA Frisco, TX I bought a NAPA “Belts & Hoses” part for my zero-turn mower from the NAPA Auto Parts store in Frisco, Texas. The product had a 1-year warranty, but it broke within two days of installation. When I returned to the store to get a refund or exchange—as clearly promised by the warranty—they refused to honor it.
