Sold me a faulty alternator, 1000$ in tows
A Woke Napa???? Walked in .... manger and one other on the phone. stood there ..... no one looked up or even acknowledged me ... waited .. waited .... ... why would a grown man (?) put 90w gear oil in his hair?
Very friendly and got all the parts I needed.
Worst customer service. Go in when their credit card machine is down and they wait until I get to the counter to say something. No signs up. Pulled all of the pricing off of EVERYTHING in the store. And the staff laughs when you ask why. Extremely rude. I’ll drive the 30 minutes to go to advanced instead of dealing with horrible customer service. Won’t be returning.
