Worst customer service. Guy can't be bothered with anything and basically lives in a rage fit all day. I'll stick to Greenville napa for my needs and find a new supplier for my paints.
Today the wife's new to us 2017 jeep wrangler showed us a sized caliper.. ordered all parts online. Staff was awesome had to go back a few times. But everything we needed was in stock. Very pleased with our town napa. Thank you
Located on 9W in Ravena, convenient location. Store was well stocked and had exactly what we needed on a Sunday afternoon! Staff was helpful.
Have gone here about 3 times being that they are the only one within town. Every time the employees have been rude and unhelpful. And just simply unprofessional. Everything in the store is overpriced. And the only good reviews are from friends & family (small town life). Overall not worth it. The staff at autozone in East Greenbush are superior if you need car stuff!
