Excellent, from the moment I signed in, placed my order online (and it was pretty easy)got an immediate confirmation, communication was awesome and they let me know early the next morning that I could pick it up. The best part though, was the help at this store was on the money. Red carpet treatment.

Wouldn’t know what in store means if they tried. In store doesn’t mean it has to be delivered to the store and take all day to get there… Just use any other auto store, because when they say in store it means it’s actually in the store, Napa doesn’t understand that apparently
