Poor customer service! I took in a Napa tool that was broken for replacement. (Lifetime warranty) I was told to take it to Claremore, "they are a corporate store". Denton Hubbard
Daryl and the other guys were very helpful at NAPA. They sent me out to Randy's Auto. About 2 miles from my house. Didn't know that he was out there. Thanks again, guys, for your help.
