On 10/8/14 I called this NAPA location inquiring about a brake fluid reservoir cap. I was informed by a pleasant female employee that the cap was in stock and would be available for me to pick up. When I stopped by to pick up the cap, I stood waiting 15 minutes (not an exaggeration) while another employee fumbled in the back looking for the part.
