I visited this location recently on Wednesday and had a genuinely great experience thanks to the two gentlemen working at the time (I forgot to write down the names ). From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and incredibly attentive. Instead of just pointing me toward a product, they took the time to really understand what issue I was having with my car and what part I was considering purchasing. It was good
This store went above and beyond. I need a part asap, it did not come on the parts truck when expected. A team member drove the part out to me while I was in line for an festival event 30 min away from the store at 5:30am. Most stores would have said there is nothing they can do. They only looked for solutions! Great job!!! Thank you I'm loving my new Napa brand roof top awning!!!
