Phenomenal service and great prices!!! Exceeded expectations by far!
My 84 yo grandmother called me crying last night because the employees left her stranded in the parking lot at closing time with her car keys locked inside their store(for the tow truck driver to pick up in the morning), in the dark, no parking lot lights, in DECEMBER, with (at that point) no ride home and nowhere to sit except the ground while she waited. Today we needed antifreeze for our 2011 Buick Lacerne, so we stopped in Napa Auto Parts. The service there was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn’t ask for better service. We will be going again♥️
