Independent owned NAPA store. Counter people know auto parts unlike company owned stores. My go to parts store.
Product was ready on time. The person handling my order was professional and courteous.
When I called about a specific optima battery they told me they had it in stock. I go there with my old battery, told them I called about a replacement, and the guy comes out with a Napa battery and says they don’t have the optima. I specifically said on the phone I wanted the optima. Guys did not seem to care it was just “we don’t have it we can order it” waste of my time that was.
Remember when auto stores used books to look up your part and most of the time they knew the number without looking because of their knowledge well no books just computers with knowledgeable employees and quality parts and the best thing if they don't have a part they will get it in within a hr or two
