We first went to Danville NAPA, looking for a part for a Kabota. Gave the model of tractor and the gentleman looked it up and found the part, but did not have in stock, offered to get it, but we declined as it’s inconvience to where we live. So we call Plainfield, after being on hold for awhile, Jerry answers, we tell him what we are looking for, he ask do you have a part number? We say, no, he says ‘I can’t help you then. You need to call a Kabota dealership, we said what? He said No I can’t call them, you have to call them... read more

No customer service
My car died while waiting for my son to finish basketball practice so, after a jump, I went to NAPA in Plainfield for a battery test. I needed a new battery and Eddie and Rachel helped me find the best one and even installed it. They don't typically do that, but I had my young boys with me and they wanted us to be safe. They were so kind and careful and I am truly grateful for their expertise!
