I live in Cheshire,Connecticut. I have used the on line order twice. Both times I had problems. 1st time I picked the part up no problem, without an email or text message notification. Right after I picked up the part I started getting text messages telling me the part was available for pick up.I had to go to the store again to get the messages to stop. 2nd time I ordered the part , a store in another part of the state had the part it was supposed to take 1 day. Nicest NAPA I’ve ever been to. They had what I was looking for, ordered online, went and picked it up, nice and easy. Will definitely go here again.
Needed a last minute part for the shop. A different NAPA location had something listed online and they were out of stock. I drove 30min to this NAPA. The manager she told me why the other store had listed in stock when it wasn't and called a few locations in the area for me to confirm what I was looking for was in stock. Made my client happy to get their car going at time I promised.
