The only reason my company is still doin business with Napa is do to the customer service for one person Lindsey she extremely knowledgeable is about the only person there that I can get my parts delivered to me within the hour instead of the next day she’s on point and know her shit very talented parts representative very organized!!! 5star

First time I went in today as a door dasher. I waited on line while Lindsey the service rep was on the phone. Another dasher was waiting behind me. She hung up and proceeded to walk right past me. Helped the other guy and gave me a very nasty attitude not really wanting to assist me. Very rude and nasty lady. I would never go there as a customer. If you do. I recommend to ask for someone else’s help. She was extremely unprofessional. Then when she knew I was a dasher she said “ haha I just assumed”. 0/000
