Very good for the price I have lived here since August of '09 and it has been perfectly fine. I have never really had problems with them, never been woken up by noise, and nothing is wrong with my apartment. I think they were taken over by a new company in 2009 at some point. Otherwise management is new and the staff is cool. They are all pretty relaxed on the rules, only problem I've ever had was not putting the Entergy bill in my name and they charged me and my roommates $50 a piece, but they only charged us for 1 of 3 mon... read more
` We've enjoyed this place for years. Best thing about this place is the owners. Kind, sweet people. Remembers us each time we're there. Doughnuts are a tad greasy, but fresh!
