Hopefully, you get Gary. My vehicle has been vandalized so brutally in Oneonta, it should be considered terrorism. He went above and beyond to help me get a gas cap with lock. He actually went out and made sure it fit and that I knew how to use it properly. I can't thank him enough.
Downright rude employees. Had a terrible experience with a refund today. My card has now been charged twice, and I have no product. The employee (ray I believe) (the manager) told me he could not help me and to take it up with corporate in Atlanta. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I’ve filed a complaint with the appropriate channels. I’m not allowing any business to treat a paying returning customer like this.
