i typically have pretty decent experiences here, but recently the customer service has not been welcoming; lady who helped me was quick with helping me find what i needed, but was sighing loudly throughout our entire conversation and at one point began blowing her lips. got my stuff and left right away. not sure if she was just having a bad day, but felt unprofessional and makes me not want to go back.
Lucas at Napa Auto Parts saved my bacon! My car access key battery was low. I tried getting help from my Subaru dealership and they couldn’t help me. I was told to wait until Monday for the service dept. to open. Not an option in the winter. Lucas took the time (15 mins.) to access a video online and work that oyster open. It took effort and muscles of steel. Thank you, Superman! (AKA:Lucas the Great) Customer service: A+!
