I purchased a mower from Oakleys and needed the deck adjusted after a few mows; which was expected. I gave Daniel a call and he had me to drop off the mower. While I grabbed lunch they fixed my mower took about an hour. Great way to take care of a customer! This is the reason I bought local at Oakleys rather than a big box store.

100% "well that's not MY fault" 0% "let's take care of the customer." Guess I'll be supporting the big chain parts stores going forward. What a shame. Coop faster, cheaper even though the parts aren't as durable when you equipment freezes. Unexpected frosts are a beast in NW Alabama on spray equipment. Please Oakley upgrade your sprayer equipment.
