My car broke down at the Napa store and I had to wait on my son n law to come change out the alternator and even though it was past closing, Anthony stayed so I wouldn’t have to wait in the heat and then when my son n law got there, Anthony stayed and helped him until the alternator was put in, 2.5 hours Anthony stayed and he didn’t have to. We definitely need more Anthony’s in this world and it would be a better place. Thank you again Anthony! (N. Side Store Manager)
All parts stores have parts, this store has KNOWLEDGE!!!! I have a project car built like Frankenstein, and YouTube knowledge. This crew was friendly, patient, amd got me EXACTLY what I needed, even when I said 'thingamabob'. Anthony leads a great crew and creates a great atmosphere! I may make him go grey with my 'whatsit thing' and all, but im going to Anthony for all my parts needs!
We were stranded 1000 miles from home and they were the only parts house that would bring parts to get us home .Great service
