Always put you on hold and never get back on the phone!!! It takes for ever when you walk in. This Napa sure needs help!!!
I had an air hose leaking on my peterbilt. Called Napa they said come on down I showed up they were very helpful and friendly!!!! RC took the time to come out look at it measure it so I didn't buy much put fittings on the hose.....I was good to go!!!!! The guys at the parts counter also very friendly!!!! Highly recommend this Napa. I am an otr driver. Will definitely be back when I need parts!!!!!!!! Excellent service!!!!!
I was told when I called in , their machine shop is open until 5pm. I was told by one of their machine shop employees to show up by 430pm to have enough time to press part. I drove all the way from Wellton to their Yuma store and was there by 4pm , and then was told the guy was gone for the weekend. Had 3 employees standing there bs and not one could help. I will travel out of town before I give these people any of my hard earned money.
I visited my local Napa store (brawley ) to get some oil for my car and ,without realizing it, dropped $16.00 if front of the store .ten or fifteen min later iheard a honk outside of my house and an employee (John Nunez ) brought me my change! I was shocked!!! GREAT STORE!!!!
