Came in on my way to work during huge storm becuz my windshield wipers were icing over and I was dangerously pulling over every 5 minutes to remove ice and slush. The man at the counter told me there was nothing I could do but what I was doing. I'm a seasoned snow driver but ended up driving home because it was too dangerous. Next day, a customer at work tells me that there is a spray for your windshield that will save your life becuz she had the same issue. Ill be getting that. Ill go to different Napa to buy it though!
I feel like these guys that keep snapping at customers and not helping customers are still there at napa and no one is doing anything about it. Same bald guy everyone is talking seems like he needs to get canned..... I had a very rude encounter with a simple question. He tries to make a clearly knowledgeable person look stupid. My first interaction with them was a 5 star review. I had electrical issues with my trailer batteries and needed an inverter. My wife and I dealt with an older gentleman who was very helpful and informative. I came back later and purchased 2 batteries. He invited me to park off the road by his sign that said no parking. The next day, I went back to purchase the inverter. A guy in his late 30s/early 40s was at the desk. I ask if it was OK to park where I did yesterday. This guy went off.
