I feel like these guys that keep snapping at customers and not helping customers are still there at napa and no one is doing anything about it. My first interaction with them was a 5 star review. I had electrical issues with my trailer batteries and needed an inverter. My wife and I dealt with an older gentleman who was very helpful and informative. I came back later and purchased 2 batteries. He invited me to park off the road by his sign that said no parking. The next day, I went back to purchase the inverter. A guy in his late 30s/early 40s was at the desk. I ask if it was OK to park where I did yesterday. This guy went off.
