My first interaction with them was a 5 star review. I had electrical issues with my trailer batteries and needed an inverter. My wife and I dealt with an older gentleman who was very helpful and informative. I came back later and purchased 2 batteries. He invited me to park off the road by his sign that said no parking. The next day, I went back to purchase the inverter. A guy in his late 30s/early 40s was at the desk. I ask if it was OK to park where I did yesterday. This guy went off.
