looked up a part number for this store, showed in stock, went to get it was showed the brass fitting selection to find for myself, only to find a empty bin. told the counter person they were out of stock, even though computer showed in stock, he said he could order for monday pickup. he took my number , said someone would call on monday. did not recieve a call by wednesday, so went to pickup assuming it was there, only to be told it never got ordered. this has happened to me and my brother MULTIPLE times. i am done with this... read more
Good Friendly service, I found all the parts I was looking for.
Showed up today to buy a part. 12:01 Sunday 7/28/24. Store shows that they are open until 4. Two employees walking around inside. Both doors locked. One of the employees opens the employee entrance door and says they’re closed. Terrible business practice. Never shopping at this Napa.
