QUALITY OF SERVICE I DIDN’T KNOW WAS POSSIBLE!!! I called the shop to check if they had the engine air filter I needed in stock. Not only did my call get answered immediately by a real person (Kevi - I don't know who you are, but you have integrity and clarity of thinking I hope everyone including myself to reach one day). The shop verified I was seeking the right part, found it in their inventory, accepted a quick Zelle payment, and had it delivered to me within an hour of our phone call.
I’ve been coming to this store for well over 10 years, and honestly, I could’ve left a bad review a long time ago. But the level of rudeness lately especially after repeatedly being sold the wrong parts is just not okay. The past couple of months have been the worst. Even when I call ahead to avoid delays, I still end up waiting 20 minutes, only to be handed the wrong item. I needed to replace a fuse of my car, I woke up and grab only my keys and phone to able to pay. As soon as I came in I was greeted very well by the staff. Really great service, definitely coming back for futures needs for my car.
