Always friendly customer service at this location.
You can go to Whitby for good staff, but parts are way cheaper at NAPA Pineridge in Oshawa. Zero reason to have NAPA on both front doors, and the same part is half the cost just a few blocks away. Could have saved $240 if I had ordered from Pineridge for just two rotors. Not acceptable on NAPA's part to mislead customers online. I found after the fact that if you change locations on the website, the part cost changes as well, with no notice that a part is cheaper just a few blocks away. If only more retailers and businesses had customer service as this location showed me I am utterly speechless and beyond appreciative. Genuinely a true example to all others. Not only were they polite and helpful but didnt want to waste my time and got straight to the point. Didn't leave me there standing like an idiot and got me in and out on my way with a smile. Totally made my day! Thank you so much, truly makes a difference with care and consideration like that
