Excellent service from the gents here in Lakefield asked for help with choosing a battery as I am now solo. They had one in stock when I picked it up Saturday they had filled it that night, and charged it to 100 percent. Very grateful for such good service Thank you!
Went in to ask a question about ordering a part for my car, and was very gruffly told "Yeah you can't just get one, there's a process" which is totally understandable, but then I asked about where I could go to do a repair on my car, and the response was "not here" with a dismissive glance. Not a friendly experience for someone passing through town.
I showed up 10 minutes after closing today (they're closed Saturdays after 12 noon), flipping out an hour and a half into what should have been a 40 minute job. The fella there opened the door, reopened his till and sold me an oil filter wrench and saved me a wasted hour getting to CT and back. God bless you, kind stranger. I'm eternally grateful.
