"I had an incredibly challenging time over the past couple of days with a windshield pipe issue, and I can't express enough how much Miss Tasha's help meant to me. While the dealership couldn’t figure it out, she went above and beyond by stepping outside the shop, trusting us, and bringing out the entire pipe to fix it. Broke a critical $20 part which they had in stock but I couldn't get to the store in time for closing. Offered to prepay on the phone and to just hide the box outside somewhere. "We can't do that. Come Monday."
May 16 at 16:35 parts were order online , call at 16:55 ,call when to voicemail but the store state being open till 17:00 !!!!! , parts not being deliver to garage , left me with no vehicle overnight , the person working on online orders for shipping parts must be " " Disciplined " " for lack of job performance , I am a very dissatisfy customer with this store . I will not recommend this store IN THE FUTURE .
