Shoutout to Andrea, the assistant manager at Napa — she was awesome! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. I found a set of Sway Bar End Links. The brand was TTX. Online said "138.39 for a SET". ALL the other sway bar end links said per, while the ttx was twice as much, it said per set. Ordered them, got to the store, and it was only 1. So instead of 139.39, I got to pay double, with only a 20% discount for their error! I traveled across the city too cause they're one of very few locations open today.

Never call for part availability. Wait times are 20-30 minutes on the phone everyday of the week to speak to someone. They don’t even put you on hold and then return every 15 minutes to tell you to keep waiting. They just ghost ya. Save yourself the hassle and just call auto value who have way more clerks. If they tell you they are super busy helping in store customers and other callers, then that is a sign to get more clerks …
