Great experience fast service knowledgeable friendly and professional people
Napa people there were extremely helpful professional and and abundantly knowledgeable and she was multitasking and eagerly but kindly carrying out multiple customers, on the phone and in-store .
Went to that store on March 16, 2026, the service from the two Black staff members was excellent — they were professional, respectful, and very helpful. Unfortunately, another staff member did not provide the same level of service. His attitude was unprofessional, using inappropriate language and slamming items around. Even other staff members appeared uncomfortable, which negatively impacted the overall experience.
