Staff was rude to my wife yesterday and she came home upset they were mocking her car battery knowledge. This isn’t how we are in this area of Pennsylvania and I expect better. Thanks for the response, but I don't have time to call and I'm unable to respond. You can talk to Shawn about it and maybe explain the job might be about helping and not mocking. I won't be back here and next time I'll pay the service cost and ask her to go to Mike's who would never treat a customer like Shawn did.
