NAPA Auto Parts in Saugus is fantastic! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help you find exactly what you need. They consistently have the hard-to-find parts that other stores can’t seem to stock. Great service, great selection, and a team that really knows their stuff—highly recommend!
Bought a battery on 3/20/25. Battery is completely dead and tried to exchange it today 9/27/25. Only a six month warranty. Don't waste your time with Napa Batteries.

Why hasn't NAPA sent out the W-2's to their employees yet. It's February 10th and no one has them.
I own a shop in Melrose and I called NAPA and gave my company name so I could get the wholesale price. I needed a front drive shaft for a 2008 ford f-350. I had already called ford and got a price for $599 with my company discount and also looked up aftermarket on line for $202 retail with free shipping. Napa quoted me $850 for aftermarket. Napa is a sinking ship. I got it for the $202 and it's the same quality as SNAPA. They don't even try to compete with competitors. All done.
