Management needs to either add more employees or tell the older male who is always back in the office or bathroom to come out and help the female employee out! This place is ridiculous! I was in the store this morning 8-8-25 and there was a line. Only a female employee helping customers until she finally went in the back and got another employee to come help. Good store, good people
I had called a couple other part stores, and they were not able to help me out with my questions at all. NAPA helped me immediately over the phone and had what I needed ready at the register when I arrived. They also had a lot of super cute keychains that I had to impulse buy from them. Will definitely be going back to them in the future as needed.
