Service is getting worse. I order alot of parts from various parts houses for my business, and the service here has really gone down hill since the new ownership took over. Zombies answering the phone in the rare case they actually answer. I have been trying to order 2 cans of ac flush for 2 hours. will not be calling here anymore if i can avoid it!! RIDICULOUS!!
Management needs to either add more employees or tell the older male who is always back in the office or bathroom to come out and help the female employee out! This place is ridiculous! I was in the store this morning 8-8-25 and there was a line. Only a female employee helping customers until she finally went in the back and got another employee to come help.
