Great selection, friendly staff
Bought a chainsaw from them months ago, the chainsaw got stolen so I called them to pull the receipt and serial number to report it stolen and they told me “we just can’t seem to find it in our system and I guess we forgot to document the serial number of the sale.” SO… I can’t even report a ms391 stolen because Mott’s can’t even do their job correctly. Very unprofessional. So now I’m just out almost $1,000 because they’re unorganized and unprofessional. All they could do was say “I’m sorry, best of luck to you” even thought... read more
