This is the worst part store experience I ever had it was like an episode of twilight zone in color but still bad. I walked in only customer in the store and nobody on the phone two employees were chatting away about tacos and older lady employee and Her Taco Tycoon Manager I assume. Took Her about one minute of me standing at counter to ask if I needed help I said Yeah. Because I did. Amazing workers, incredibly helpful.
Fortunately when I called for a part for my 16969 AMX, Jen answered. She sounded like she knew what she was talking about. I stopped to seer her and got referred to a rebuilder in Bedford Park. Now have a rebuilt steering gear and I'm going back to order new power steering hoses from this NAPA because of Jen's knowledge and experience.
NAPA (since 1925) is a real auto parts store, unlike the "fast food" part stores like Autozone, Advance and O'Reillys. NAPA Auto Parts hasover 6,000stores in the United States.
The lazy bums wouldn't come out and check my battery or alternator they said take them out and bring them in !! I have a call into corporate ! They will straighten out that group of lazy bums
