We stopped in at the end of their work day but still received excellent service. Got a new battery installed and warranted. Great experience!

The NAPA website says they test batteries for free to see if it's gone bad and you need a new one. I went into the store and asked the guy behind the counter if he'd check my battery and he told me I'd need to schedule an appointment with their mechanic. Huh? I reminded him what their website says and he sighed and silently grabbed the tool and reluctantly followed me out to my car.
