Stopped by for replacement windshield wiper blades while on vacation. One of the owners helped us find the correct sizes and showed us how to swap out the blades. We didn’t get her name but she was so kind and personable and friendly. We had a great experience!
We've taken our car here a few times and each time have been extremely satisfied. So much so, that we sent my husband's son over with his vehicle. They get us in and out in a timely manner, seem very fair and honest. We moved here in the summer and having found a place that we can depend on is a blessing. And to top it off, they have a senior dog that is just precious, waiting to greet you. But honestly give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
I'm so grateful to this NAPA! I purchased new, low end, windshield wipers from a NAPA store in Michigan, then immediately drove to Florida. The wipers broke on their own within two weeks. I stopped into the NAPA Auto Parts store in Santa Rosa Beach, and was advised they are independently owned. Nevertheless, the owner replaced my windshield wipers with an upgraded set at no extra cost to me. I'm pretty sure she took a direct hit for the cost, but she won me as a customer. Thank you!
