Brought a old lawnmower belt in to be measured and replaced on Thursday. They ordered it and I picked up on Friday. Tried it on machine and it was too big. Tried to return for correct size on Saturday. They refused and said they would not take them because I had tried them once on machine. Left the belts and Currently disputing through credit card. Beware and stay away. Manager is absolutely numb to any type of common sense.
Napa is just not your usual Box Store they carry Quality Parts sometimes prices are not as cheap as the box stores but the quality usually is better than average. The oil filters they sell are some of the best available they put their name on them but I believe they're made by wix I have been using Wix filters for 30 years in automotive and heavy machinery applications
