The gentlemen at Napa are outstanding. If I could rate 6 stars I would. I frequently work with hazardous waste disposal and drop off my oil, gas, and other mechanial waste at their store. They are helpful, knowledgeable, informative, and very kind! They are so easy to work with. If you have a problem they will help you solve it with initiative and understanding. I could not recommend enough. Stellar service!
Dropped off some old motor oil for recycling. They are incredibly helpful and friendly.
Love going to Napa Auto Parts on Strand Avenue. Had to get a new battery for my riding mower and be sure to show them your Veteran Card and you will get a discount for your service. Staff here is super friendly and helpful!
The staff at Napa are knowledgable and helpful, and have never made me feel like a fool for not being confident going into a repair. Quite the opposite, they have always been encouraging and quick to talk through the process, and point out the right parts or products they stand by.
