Very disappointed in the lack of honesty and professionalism displayed by the staff. When I came in to return a part I had purchased online and had sent to their store for pickup, I was told they could not return the part. The employee claimed since it was purchased online, even though it was sent to that store that I had to take it all the way to a corporate store. They are the professionals for car parts in Lancaster. If you don't try them first, your missing out. They listen, understand, and provide the best all around service. If they have to order parts or have them brought in from another store, they are timely. When picking up the parts, they were correct and customer service was impeccable. The phone call letting me know the parts were in was icing on the cake. It's nice to have customer service like the good ole days. Great job NAPA!

Please don’t order from here. My first time ever ordering from this place and they basically are refusing to refund me without a 20% fee for something that was never even in my possession nor disclosed to me that I would have to pay and isn’t even the policy based on the website! They ordered the wrong part to begin with as well! Go to autozone or orileys.
