They are the professionals for car parts in Lancaster. If you don't try them first, your missing out. They listen, understand, and provide the best all around service. If they have to order parts or have them brought in from another store, they are timely. When picking up the parts, they were correct and customer service was impeccable. The phone call letting me know the parts were in was icing on the cake. It's nice to have customer service like the good ole days. Great job NAPA!

A very professional auto part store, never had a bad experience with them.
Please don’t order from here. My first time ever ordering from this place and they basically are refusing to refund me without a 20% fee for something that was never even in my possession nor disclosed to me that I would have to pay and isn’t even the policy based on the website! They ordered the wrong part to begin with as well! Go to autozone or orileys.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had to drop off mower and only backed up a week or two compared to others backed up a month.
