I tryed to cancel an order 4 times and was on hold for 15 minutes and didn't get it done. To much nonsense and not coming back to your store.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
It was closing time and and Charlie stayed late even after they closed to help me get the part that I needed. It was a time-sensitive thing and they went above and beyond for their customer. I would have never got that from AutoZone or O'Reilly's.
Excellent customer service and many years of knowledge! If you need parts this is the place to go!
