Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service from both the employee that answered my call about the order I placed 2 days ago and now with the manager Levi. Their behavior and tone is nothing but defensive, obstinate and disrespectful. Both will tell you something different but seem to have zero clue as to what is going on. The worst. $195 battery I bought last month would not start my truck during the recent freeze. The shop where I work tested the battery. Weak battery/dead cell..I tell Mr Napa I would just like to exchange it. Ooooh no. That's not how it works b4 we even got out to my truck so he could hook his little battery tester to it proclaiming the battery was good. They refuse to exchange it.
