Always nice friendly people working and the good thing about this location is should they not have it in stock in the store you can buy it and pick it up across town at the warehouse. This is my go to for the oil for my hemi.
I can’t say enough AMAZING things! My husband had major car troubles in the middle of the night (while all alone & 4 hours from home) and pulled into Napa until they opened in the morning. The customer service was nothing short of fantastic!! They helped him get the parts and made sure he had everything he needed to change the part in the parking lot without once complaining or anything about him being there and needing to borrow some tools! Can't thank them enough for getting us back on the road. After a sudden seized alternator while on a 21 hour road trip not only did the store open early when they saw us outside waiting but they also rushed to make sure we had everything to get it changed and back on the road only 16 minutes after they opened due to us being on a time crunch. Definitely will be stopping again if I'm in the area and thanks again.
