Needed touch up paint for my new boat. The boat place had touch up but it did not match at all. Too light. So I went to Napa. Bud in the paint department came outside. Took a picture of my paint with a special camera and made me touch up paint. The paint is exact. You cannot even see where I touched up!! Absolutely amazing customer service from Bud. He went above and beyond for me trying to cross the factory paint code but no luck so he suggested the camera way. Thanks so much Bud, you rock!
Bud and Stan are awesome! I've been in Mckay parts stores from Collinsville, Jerseyville to Litchfield, and they've all had real parts guys. Their's a Mckays shop in Taylorville that helped us out after hours with a trailer tire a few years ago and we'll always be greatful.
