I will never go to Napa again, they are extremely rude and do not care about the customers at all. I would drive to Woodriver or Alton to buy from another store or do without rather then go back into that store. Its almost like they have an attitude because you came in to purchase something and asked them a couple of questions when they were having a nice time chatting with each other. For gods sake don t bother them!!! I have never ever been to a store where the employees treated customers like they were to much trouble.
Dave & Kevin always help me and Dan and Boyce there all great. i well always go back thanks guy keep up the good work four helping ill us guys
the employees are rude and dont care about the customer.
