We had an unexpected coil pack issue while driving through Louisiana on our way back to Wyoming and stopped at the NAPA Auto Parts. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The gentleman working (he was the only one in overalls) went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he make sure we had the correct parts and tools to fix our vehicle, but he also stayed a few minutes past closing just to make sure we were safe and ready to get back on the road.
