Bought an alternator from them and it didn’t even last a day, it was junk we even checked all the wiring and made sure it wasn’t anything else first then when we took it up there to get a replacement he wouldn’t replace it only gave are money back and told us he couldn’t give us another one even tho it was the first one we bought very rude guy I don’t suggest anyone does business with him unless you wanna lose business because we are know having to get ahold of are customer to tell them Napa won’t sell us another one so I hi... read more

The old gray hair grandpa that was in there was supposed to check pricing on an alternator and I took the core with me but now he will not give me the core so I can go to a different store. He was also Cussing me out over the phone and I didn’t really appreciate that

If I ever need anything this is the last store I'd go to. I went there looking for a specific neodymium magnet and was treated very rudely. If I want that kind of attitude then I'll get a girlfriend. No thank you
