Returned a gallon of unused oil here and the old guy that works here said they didn’t take back unused oil. I told him it was unused and that’s not NAPA’s return policy anyway, so he begrudgingly refunded my money. Won’t be back ever to this store, rude person. Dude needs to retire, or go back to the oil fields.
Super friendly and helpful staff. They always make me feel so welcome! I haven't encountered any issues with this store. Parts are always right even on call in orders for pickup. I definitely recommend this store. Thank you for always taking care of us from Bubba's Detailing & Auto Repair!
