Had the battery I needed.
Before I called, I went online, find a twenty percent discount which did not state online.Only nowhere, even the employee looked on my phone and didn't see it nowhere. So then I called the store. Because it was only showing one water pump online. The guy on the phone I found the part that I wanted. Quoted me a price, and when I went to pick it up. A different guy tells me a different price. Prices are to high.
I haven't been to a NAPA in years. While I was broke down on the side of the road after my radiator blew, their delivery driver stopped, made sure I was okay, and gave me an ice cold water bottle. I'll be visiting soon.
Great staff, got me what I needed and got me back on the road.
