I needed a specialty tool set to remove a water pump on a 5.9 liter dodge Ram, other dealers had to have a deposit in order to use their tool and even then it didn't work because it was not of the quality of the one I borrowed from Jake and Bob down at the NAPA dealer. They didn't even require a refundable deposit just my name and phone number and the promise to bring it back ASAP.
