I stopped by Ukiah's Napa Auto. I'm used to Willits Napa, so I was expecting a similar experience of smiles and greetings from the front counter, inquiries, and general helpfulness. Ukiah apparently is NOT the same as Willits. I stood in line for 10 minutes (I was 2nd) with zero acknowledgment from anyone, no biggie generally.
