I really dislike that I cannot be given a diagnosis about the code that read on the computer on my car. Due to the liabilities. Thatnks for telling the code... But not telling me what it means... That doesn't seem right. I don't know if I should drive away.
I like the premium NAPA car batteries and I will only buy NAPA car batteries. Their car batteries have always performed well and lasted for many years. I wish NAPA would offer tools to allow someone to replace a car battery. I had a socket set in my car that would allow me to remove the terminal connections, but I couldn't get the battery bracket removed due to the thread length on the clamp down bolt. I usually like napa but the customer service here the last time I went was pretty crappy rude and there prices are not very competitive and more.
