Need better customer service. I worked for a NAPA store for 39 years. I needed a battery, had my receipt, but because the machine showed the battery good (one line away from good), they would not warranty it. The machine is not a definite. Went to leave and my vehicle would not start. Still would not warranty the battery, but would give me a jump. Told the counter man what he just did was not the NAPA way.
